About Nathan
Nathan is Chief Strategy Officer at Genesis Capital, responsible for driving organic and inorganic growth initiatives, strategic planning, and product innovation. He focuses on aligning people, process, and technology to support sustainable expansion.
Nathan previously served as President of DLP Lending and held senior revenue and operations leadership roles at Lima Capital. He was awarded a National Mortgage Professional “40 under 40” award in 2023, a Housingwires 2023 Rising Star award, and is a member and advocate of the National Private Lenders Association and American Association of Private Lenders. Nathan holds a BA/BS in Marketing and Management from Eastern University and is an active advocate within the private lending industry.
