About Clint

Clint is CEO of Genesis Capital, where he leads the firm’s strategic growth, capital markets execution, and credit discipline. His focus is on continuing to make Genesis Capital the gold standard private lending platform in residential real estate finance. Under his leadership, Genesis has more than doubled annual originations, executed the two largest rated Residential Transition Loan securitizations, expanded into Wholesale and Correspondent channels, and earned IMN’s BTR/Construction Lender of the Year recognition for the second consecutive year.

Clint brings deep banking and lending expertise from prior leadership roles at Banner Bank, AmericanWest Bank, and Mutual of Omaha Bank. He holds a BS in Finance from Arizona State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
