Candice serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Operations at Genesis Capital, leading enterprise-wide operational execution across lending, construction, and servicing functions. Her focus is translating strategy into consistent, high-quality execution while scaling systems and teams to support continued growth.
Previously, Candice held senior leadership roles in construction lending operations, including Vice President of Construction Lending at Colorado Federal Savings Bank. She holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
