Scott is Senior Vice President and Director of Servicing Operations at Genesis Capital, where he oversees loan servicing, post-closing operations, and early-stage default management. His focus is delivering a consistent, high-quality borrower experience while protecting portfolio performance.
Scott brings decades of experience in loan servicing and portfolio management, including prior leadership roles at CalFed, Citi Mortgage, and other residential real estate finance platforms. His experience includes leading servicing operations through post-disaster events such as 9/11 and Hurricanes Rita and Katrina, managing borrower communications and asset performance during periods of heightened stress. He holds a BA in Business from the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom.
