About Andrea
Andrea Hageman is Senior Vice President, Special Assets Manager at Genesis Capital, where she oversees the management and resolution of sponsor relationships requiring specialized expertise in credit and real estate. Her focus is on developing customized workout strategies that balance borrower needs with organizational objectives, helping borrowers navigate complex situations while protecting portfolio performance and preserving long-term relationship value.
Before joining Genesis, Andrea served as Senior Vice President of Special Assets at Sunflower Bank, formerly First National Denver, where she led the workout and disposition of the bank’s troubled loan portfolio during ownership transitions. Her work helped position the organization for continued organic growth and future acquisitions. Andrea currently serves on the Loan Committee of Preferred Lending Partners, a Colorado-based Certified Development Company specializing in SBA 504 loans for small businesses.
