About Aaron
Aaron is Chief Risk Officer at Genesis Capital, where he leads the enterprise risk strategy with direct oversight of construction administration, valuations, and portfolio analytics. His focus is on advancing the firm’s risk governance framework, enhancing data-driven decision making, and supporting scalable growth while maintaining disciplined credit and operational standards.
Before joining Genesis, Aaron spent more than 20 years in commercial banking and credit leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President at Bell Bank, where he was consistently recognized for his strong production as well as his analytical and creative approach to risk and portfolio management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and an MBA in Finance from Western International University.
