About Memo
Memo is Chief Information Officer at Genesis Capital, leading the firm’s technology strategy, systems architecture, and information security. His focus is driving innovation in lending technology to improve efficiency, scalability, and borrower experience.
Memo brings more than two decades of leadership experience in financial services technology. Previously, he served as SVP and Director of Information Technology at East West Bank, playing a key role in the bank’s significant growth from $7 billion to $80 billion in assets. He also held senior technology roles at Wells Fargo Bank.
Memo currently serves as the Secretary & Treasurer of the New Mexico Tech Research Park Corporation Board. He holds a Master of Engineering Management with an emphasis in Information Technology from New Mexico Tech and has completed the Innovative Technology Leader certificate program at Stanford University.
