At Genesis Capital, we have been full steam ahead and I wanted to share some significant updates on our business as we continue to strive to better serve your real estate investment goals. Since 2013, we have surpassed 17,000 loans and $17.8 billion in originations. Our commitment to providing prompt and innovative financial solutions and exceptional service remains stronger than ever.

Earlier this year, we successfully closed the largest-ever rated Residential Transition Loan (RTL) securitization, a groundbreaking achievement that wouldn't have been possible without the support of our incredible clients and partners. This accomplishment allows us to offer even more competitive rates and flexible terms, ensuring that you have access to the best financing options available in the market.

Genesis Capital followed a record-breaking 1st quarter with yet a new record for originations in the 2nd quarter! Our originations are on track for a year-over-year increase of approximately 50% – another testament to our outstanding clients and employees.

We have expanded our loan offerings to include a specialized program for manufactured housing communities. Recognizing the growing demand and unique opportunities in this sector, our tailored loan program is designed to provide the necessary capital and support for both new developments and existing communities.

Starting August 5, our revamped Genesis Capital Client Portal can provide a Letter of Interest (“LOI”) within minutes for certain product types and loan sizes. This enhancement offers a safe and secure platform, improving your borrowing experience. Our goal is to streamline the financing process, making it faster and more convenient for you to access the funds you need.

Finally, we continue to expand on our “Genesis Express” platform, designed to provide even quicker approvals and access to funds for eligible loans by further leveraging technology to optimize the end-to-end process.
